Microsoft Case Studies
We’ve been collaborating with Microsoft since Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia 2016, helping to launch their groundbreaking laptop-tablet hybrid, the Surface Pro 4, into the eye of the fashion storm. We created a dynamic four-part mini series starring some of Australia’s biggest fashion designers and their teams working frantically behind the scenes at the shows.
Since then, we’ve maintained a close working relationship with Microsoft, helping them tell stories and launch innovative new products onto the market, including the Azure Cloud and Office 365 and the Surface Go at their recent roadshow event.
Microsoft Cloud Video and Calling
We produced videos for Microsoft Cloud video and calling, detailing how this service will change how Australians communicate at work and collaborate in new ways.
Cricket Australia Webinar
We shoot webinars for clients on the regular and we know how to make these engaging with clear messaging. Our latest webinar for Microsoft Australia and Cricket Australia’s use of TEAMS was one of their most watched ever.
Microsoft Surface Go – Roadshow Event
We were at the recent Microsoft Roadshow Event which featured up close testing of their new Surface Go. We spoke to excited customers about the new product and how they will incorporate it into their business.
Crybaby was entrusted by Microsoft to tell the story of Redback Boots as a company success story. The brief asked that we highlight how Redback had incorporated three key Microsoft products into their business, thus increasing their own efficiencies and supporting their global growth ambitions. The products were Microsoft Azure, a cloud-based storage solution, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
We illustrated this digital journey through both a webinar and a visual case study.
Australian Institute of Sport
Another proud example of our work for Microsoft is the short film we produced and directed, visually communicating the positive impact they are having on Australia’s budding athletes at the AIS. The crybaby team spent 2 days in Canberra filming both experts, coaches and young athletes interacting with some of Microsoft’s most innovative pilot technology. In this case, the technology was engineered to collate data from the sportsmen and women to predict and prevent injuries.
“Our government realises that technology underpins all services delivered to our citizens now and in the future,” says ACT Goverment’s CTO Al Blake. We were fortunate to receive incredible access inside ACT Government in Canberra in order to tell their digital transformation journey to the Microsoft Cloud. “We’re ambitious to see Canberra as a world technology leader”.
“The use of Office 365 in our environment has allowed our users to collaborate in a very effective way on any device,” says Paul Mineo, Manager of End User Services at Jamena. Good connectivity and communication across big distances is vital for the world-leading, sustainable energy solutions provider. “The Microsoft operating environment have given us the most secure platform ever…” and together with Microsoft Jamena have set up excellent foundations for the future of the business.
“One of the problems when you’re running a global company is keeping everybody in touch… I had to find a way to support that global network: the Cloud was the logical first step.” We were lucky enough to meet the team at Intrepid and talk through their 30 year journey in the travel industry. Technology has changed as has the way their business works and together with Microsoft, Intrepid have found new solutions to enhance their business even further into the future.
