Creating the very first local campaign for a global brand as iconic as Giorgio Armani was an absolute highlight for crybaby. We were brought onboard to produce and direct the Luminous Silk Foundation campaign, directing both stills and videos centered around three of Australia’s most exciting makeup artists using the product.
In one studio day, we produced:

3 x 60 second videos for their website
3 x 15 seconds clips for Youtube pre-rolls
3 x 6 second clips for instagram
3 x GIFs for instagram
3 x 6 second clips for Instagram story.
Filomena Natoli has worked in film, TV and fashion, with a signature beauty look she calls “super-chic, cool-girl, fresh-faced look that anyone can achieve”. Natoli created an ethereal and feminine look on the day, incorporating Luminous Silk into her applied skincare routine rather than applying a full face needlessly.
Katie Angus is one of the most sought after hair and makeup artists, clocking up more than ten years of experience on shoots in the UK and Australia. She opted for a punch of bright colour on the lips paired with glowy, fresh skin perfected rather than concealed by the the Luminous Silk Foundation.
Max May is all about the glow, known in beauty circles for the “high-octane luminous skin” he creates. His expert tip for using the Luminous Silk Foundation was warming the product up with his fingers before applying to really ensure it fused with the skin.
