Client Frequently Asked Questions
Is there always a crybaby producer on a crybaby shoot?
YES! Even our Offshoot shoots will have a producer on set. We never expect our crew to coordinate the run of the day, nor do we expect you to. An experienced crybaby producer is always there working with the team and will answer any of your concerns or questions and make sure we deliver to brief.
Why does my shoot have a producer and a director?
A producer manages the shoot logistics, run of day and the team while the director is running the creative and needs to focus on the performance. A smaller job will have a producer/director in one person so that it’s cost effective for you.
Why am I being charged for multiple edit days?
We usually shoot a lot of footage in a day. It takes at least a day to go through the rushes and find the best shots. Then the edit is pieced together by our editor and director/producer. This is where the creative comes together and it’s time-consuming. Rest assured, we normally go above and beyond the edit days quoted.
